The Laughing Seed Bar

Here at Laughing Seed, we believe that delicious food is best paired with equally-enticing drinks. This is why our Bar Manager, Benjamin Combs, has dedicated his eight years behind the Laughing Seed bar to mixing the finest regional, organic, and rare spirits, creating a plethora of original cocktails to enhance your dining experience. He also works closely with our local wine purveyors to ensure that we can offer you sustainable, organic, and vegan wine selections that will perfectly complement your favorite dishes. Benjamin celebrates our city’s great brews with his commitment to featuring only local draft beer. Of course, there are those times when a Pimm’s Cup, a pint of Green Man ESB, or a glass of NXNW chardonnay are not the way to quench your thirst. For this reason, Benjamin and our team of talented bartenders have created our potion tonics. These healthful drinks feature locally-made herbal tinctures from Red Moon Herbs, as well as agave infused with flavor combinations like citrus-ginger, vanilla-almond, and strawberry-basil. Whether you need a refreshing, non-alcoholic pick-me-up or crave a cocktail made with fresh, natural ingredients, our bartenders are sure to please!
