Asheville Gluten-Free Expo
Visit our booth at the Asheville Gluten-Free Expo on Saturday, March 29th between
10 AM and 2 PM at the Kimmel Arena. We will feature some delicious desserts made from
gluten-free ingredients* and our FOH Manager, Julie, will be on-hand to talk about the options
that Laughing Seed has to offer individuals who are trying to avoid gluten due to gluten
intolerance or dietary preference. If you or someone you know would like to get some
gluten-free baking tips, we will be happy to share a few of our favorite recipes!
*All of Laughing Seed’s food is made on equipment that is also used for the preparation of
items containing gluten. Although we take the utmost care to avoid cross-contamination,
we do not recommend even dishes and desserts designated with “gluten free” (GF) for
guests with Celiac Disease. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but your
